Last Updated: 12 May 2025 | Effective: 12 May 2025
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or registering for any Cashlore programme.
By accessing our website or enrolling in a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. About Cashlore
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Cashlore website at cashlore.blog and your participation in any programme, membership, or advisory engagement offered by Cashlore ("we", "us", "our").
Cashlore is a business education provider registered in Malaysia. Our registered place of business is No. 7, Jalan Hang Tuah, 75300 Melaka, Malaysia.
For enquiries relating to these Terms, contact us at [email protected] or by phone at +60 6-282 7140.
2. Nature of Our Services
Cashlore provides general business education, operational tools, and peer-learning programmes for small business owner-operators and their teams. Our services include:
- Team Money-Literacy Workshop — an on-site or online educational session covering operational record-keeping and budgeting concepts, with templates.
- Operations Toolkit Membership — ongoing access to operational planning templates, spreadsheets, and a peer community for sharing non-regulated process and budgeting ideas.
- Business Literacy Advisory Programme — a structured advisory engagement on budgeting workflows, record-keeping habits, and team money-literacy training, with reviewable materials and a certificate of attendance.
Important: All Cashlore content, workshops, and advisory engagements are educational and informational in nature. They do not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, accounting services, or any other form of regulated professional advice. Cashlore is not a licensed financial adviser, investment manager, or professional services provider under Malaysian law. For advice specific to your business circumstances, you should consult a suitably qualified and licensed professional.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for businesses and their representatives. By registering for any Cashlore programme or service, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are acting on behalf of a business or as an individual business owner, and have authority to enter into this agreement.
- The information you provide at the time of registration is accurate and complete.
4. Registration and Booking
Participation in Cashlore programmes requires completion of a booking or enquiry process. By submitting an enquiry or booking, you:
- Agree to provide accurate contact and business information.
- Understand that submission of an enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking — our team will contact you to confirm availability and finalise arrangements.
- Agree to the fees set out on our website at the time of booking.
Cashlore reserves the right to decline a booking or enquiry at its discretion without giving reasons.
5. Fees and Payment
All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Current fees are:
- Team Money-Literacy Workshop: RM 540 per session
- Operations Toolkit Membership: RM 1,720 per year
- Business Literacy Advisory Programme: RM 4,600 per engagement
Payment terms and accepted methods will be confirmed at the time of booking. Cashlore reserves the right to update its fees. Updated fees will be published on our website and will not affect confirmed bookings already accepted in writing.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. The following conditions apply:
- Cancellations submitted more than 10 business days before a scheduled workshop may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no charge, at Cashlore's discretion.
- Cancellations submitted within 10 business days of a scheduled workshop may incur an administrative fee or forfeit of the session fee.
- Cashlore reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session where delivery is not reasonably practicable. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
- Membership fees are non-refundable after access has been granted unless Cashlore determines otherwise on a case-by-case basis.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided through Cashlore's website, workshops, membership platform, and advisory materials — including text, templates, spreadsheets, slides, frameworks, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Cashlore or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials provided to you for your own internal business education purposes. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or resell Cashlore materials to third parties.
- Use materials for commercial training delivery without our written consent.
- Remove or obscure any proprietary notices on materials.
Cashlore's name, logo, and branding are its trademarks. Nothing in these Terms grants you the right to use our brand assets without prior written consent.

- Disrupt or interfere with the experience of other participants.
- Attempt to access systems or data beyond what is necessary for programme participation.
- Use our platforms to disseminate harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
- Promote competing commercial services within our community spaces without prior written consent.
Cashlore reserves the right to remove any user or participant who breaches these conduct standards, without refund, where the breach is material.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law:
- Cashlore's total liability to you in connection with any service or engagement will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific service.
- Cashlore will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, or loss of data.
- Cashlore does not warrant that information or materials provided are suitable for your specific business circumstances or will produce any particular business outcome.
