Three Programmes, One Clear Goal: Financially Aware Teams
Whether you need a single workshop, an ongoing resource subscription, or a comprehensive process review, Cashlore has a structured programme suited to where your business is right now.
Back to HomeHow Cashlore Delivers Financial Education
Every Cashlore programme is built around a structured delivery cycle: understand the team's current context, introduce concepts using practical local examples, apply through hands-on activities or template work, and reinforce with take-home resources that stay useful after the session ends.
We don't operate with a one-size approach. The workshop is adapted to the business type and team composition beforehand, the Advisory Programme includes a discovery phase, and Toolkit resources are segmented by operational task type so members can find what they actually need.

Team Money-Literacy Workshop
An on-site or online workshop giving small-business teams a plain-language grounding in everyday operational record-keeping concepts and budgeting, with practical templates. Suitable for teams of 5 to 30 staff with no prior financial background required.
What the workshop covers:
- Understanding what operational records are and why they matter
- Building a simple budget framework for small teams
- Reading and filling in cash-flow tracking sheets
- Common record-keeping errors and how to avoid them
Process:
Pre-session brief — we gather context on your team size, industry, and current record-keeping setup.
Facilitated session — half-day workshop (4–5 hours) with activities and group discussion.
Resource handover — participants receive a template pack and reference guide for ongoing use.
Operations Toolkit Membership

Business Literacy Advisory Programme
A B2B strategy-and-process advisory engagement on budgeting workflows, operational record-keeping habits, and team money-literacy training. Includes reviewable materials and a certificate of attendance for participants. Typically spans four to eight weeks.
